A while back Canon approached us about using the footage from a wedding we shot to use for a national commercial featuring their Canon Rebel XTi camera. Needless to say, we were very excited to be involved. We spoke with Amy and Alex- whose wedding is now being seen across Canada- and they were just as excited as we were.
It has been a tough couple months not being able to talk about the commercial, but now that it is airing, we are very happy to share it with everybody on our blog. We only provided the footage for the spot, while the design of the commercial was done by The Brain Storm Group, and the editing was done by Stealing Time.
Amy & Alex’s highlights video has already won an international award for creative excellence, which was just as exciting, and now parts of it are being featured across Canada in prime time for the next 6 weeks. If you missed their highlights before, you can check it out here:

We’ve already received several emails from couples and other photographers who saw the spot and recognized the wedding. We would love to hear if you see the spot on TV in the coming weeks. It should be airing during all the top shows like Grey’s Anatomy, CSI, Law and Order etc.
