If I truly am buying the beast, it won't be until January at the earliest. My family still does the whole "christmas" thing pretty big, and "Money for new lens" has been the only thing I've told anybody.
I should start working out now though;
D80 + Battery Grip + Flash/Flash Cord + Ginormous Lens = Hard to hold for an entire show.
