Well 1600ISO and f/4 works out ok, really nice shots but i didnt want it blurred so I sacrified expsure slightly for a non-blurry (or not as blurry) shot.
Canon Rebel XTi- 500mm f/4 1/320
(FYI this isnt my lens some almuni let me use it :D I was in heaven)
