Well 1600ISO and f/4 works out ok, really nice shots but i didnt want it blurred so I sacrified expsure slightly for a non-blurry (or not as blurry) shot.

This was my fault, it focuesed on the wrong subject, but w/e
Canon Rebel XTi, 70-200mm f/2.8 1/320 w/ fill flash
I get pretty decent pictures with f/4 and a f/2.8 with a 430EX as a fill flash (-1 Exposure Compensate so I dont get harsh lighting)
