Thanks guys for the advice I think the 70-300 gets the vote all round, some fantastic shots posted and the VR helps alot. The price of this lens also helps.
I am very impressed with your pics its nice to see what this lens can do and thanks again for the replies it always helps when you can ask the advice from people who know what they are on about.
Keep posting the shots ;0) as I say its nice to see what I can expect.
