There's a nikon 12-24 f4 but it's more expensive than the sig, canon or tokina.

The new nikon 14-24 f2.8 on the full frame D3 would actually give a wider field of view than the 10mm lenses on crop sensors - but at £3,500 this combo is a little out of my league - I can dream though!
