If you constantly find yourself changing lenses and you say you have easy access to a few Canon lenses, I'd say go with Canon. If you actually want to start building your own collection of lenses, then why not Pentax? Pentax DSLR's can use ANY Pentax lens pretty much, which means you have access to a lot of really great oldies, which will in the long run be much much cheaper than either Canon or Nikon. Just a thought...
