Going back to topic. Again, Pro lenses are TOP OF THE LINE lenses of each camera make.... They're built tougher, used higher quality materials than the lower models, thus making them more expensive. But this does NOT mean that all lesser models suck or perform less.



A good example is the plastic bodied Tamron 17-50 2.8 .... this lens is SHARPER than the Nikkor 17-55 2.8 AFS costing 3x as much.



I don't really care about the WOW factor... I'd prefer to have people say wow to my work rather than my lenses.
