The best priced option I have for you is "DPP". Break out your CDs that came with the camera, and install it. but, before you run it, go to Canon's website, and download the latest updates to all of the programs.
For doing batch edits, RAW conversion, white balance adjustments, etc., you can't beat the price (free).
