well there was a favorite lens on your 5d thread before
but ill bite
1. 24-70 2.8 - covers all my wide angle needs, im not a uwa freak
2. 100-400 4.5-5.6 - compliments my longer birding setup for fliers that may fly near
3. 100 2.8 - macro and landscape if i feel like i need it
4. 70-200 2.8 - least used so far but with new extension tubes and if its event/people photography, it would be my goto lens
